La Cocina de Consuelo specializes in a multitude of catering affairs, including Weddings, Social Events, Corporate Functions, Daily Corporate Meal Service, and On-site or In-home Catered Events. We take pride in our Food and Service. Our menus are planned to suit any event, but remain flexible to meet your specific needs. 

BASIC PACKAGE:

All catered events are served with Mexican serving dishes, utensils, and provide your guests with everything needed for eating including plates, flatware, and cloth napkins.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

During your initial consultation with La Cocina de Consuelo, we will discuss your needs for your special event specifically date, location, number of guests and menu. Afterwards we will provide you with a detailed plan and cost for the occasion. We like to treat your event as an individual celebration. With this in mind, most of our menu items can be modified and tailored to meet your specific needs and tastes. After the initial consultation, if you decide to change some detail or other, we provide you with a wide range of options you can use to contact us before the date of your event.  We will contact you to verify and confirm all discussed changes and collect any additional information we may require such as directions to the location and contact information for rare emergency use to insure that every detail is taken care of.
